Wolters Kluwer Audio Digest is a premier CME (continuing medical education) solution that curates and distributes a robust library of audio lectures, teachings, and medical accreditation via cloud and app-based tools. For over 70 years, Audio Digest has been trusted by medical professionals to stay up-to-date and accredited in their medical fields. From 2019-2021, AudioDigest sought to untangle the website buyer and accreditation journeys, which were outdated, broken, and causing lost conversions of continuing education subscriptions for their busy professional healthcare customers. To solve this problem, they decided to update and simplify their accreditation and e-commerce experiences to ease shopping, buying, listening, and test-taking, with a key focus on their Mobile App experience.
