More than a standard customs brokerage and freight forwarder, Carmichael offers personalized service and cutting-edge technology to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods and information for its business partners. In 2019, Carmichael embarked on a multi-year initiative to reimagine and redesign their customer experience. They envisioned a powerful, flexible tracking web portal that would empower customers with self-service capabilities and real-time visibility into their shipments. The updated portal includes a customizable dashboard, detailed shipment tracking, internal messaging, robust reporting, and enhanced MFA security, putting customers in control like never before.
