Holland Residential creates and manages exquisitely designed residential living spaces that enhance quality of life and help residents maintain active, connected, and balanced lives. Their communities can be found in some of the hottest markets in the U.S. including Scottsdale, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Oakland, Denver, Portland, Seattle, and many more. With over 65 different websites to manage, Holland needed a new approach to build and manage beautiful, functional, and consistent websites that adhere to brand standards. The result of our engagement: a beautifully designed and deployed templatized website system that provides marketers and property managers with better control over their digital presence across websites. The system is also mobile-friendly, and allows for campaign management, personalization, and A/B testing.

Regular planning workshops were conducted to assess, validate, and prioritize features—considering complexity, customer impact, and business alignment. The process output (excerpt below) informed the design, development, and release sequence, culminating in a clear roadmap, optimized resource allocation, and precise cost projections.
